I ordered two large à la carte, honey walnut shrimp and the large container containers were only about 80% full. When I asked them to fill it, they told me it’s 24 pieces each (so no). $20 each container. I think you’re better off going to a real Chinese restaurant that will have more authenticity and will max out each container.

Location: American Canyon, CA Date/Time: July 2nd, 2026 at 8:49 PM Staff Involved: Ritzner (Cashier) & Melissa (Shift Leader) I am absolutely appalled by the toxic, hostile customer service at this location during the night shift. I walked in at 8:49 PM trying to resolve a systemic error code on the Panda Express app to use a legitimate 20% registration discount. Instead of assisting a new customer, the employee, Ritzner, forced me to wait for 10 minutes rewriting codes, refused a manual override, and actively gave me a look of pure disgust for asking questions. When Shift Leader Melissa stepped up, the situation grew worse. Melissa was actively rolling her eyes at multiple paying customers, throwing her hands in the air at a woman next to me, and openly refused to allow the cooks to remake basic entrees (like beef and broccoli) for a paying guest just because she wanted to close early. The food that was left was burnt, dried out, and completely unacceptable. To top it off, Melissa began loudly talking about me and mocking me to the back kitchen cooks right in front of my face before I walked out. The behavior of Melissa and Ritzner is a massive liability to your brand identity.

Shalom as I'm in town for work inconveniently found this Panda Express I was minded to visit it because of the experience I had in the Windsor California Panda Express. I ordered 1 * bigger harmonious plate which was supposed to be more food. Yet the super greens was almost 30% less the amount of what I was getting the few weeks while I was at the Panda Express in Windsor California. There was nothing about this plate that was more. It was definitely less. I would have went back in however it was a pickup order so the bag was tied and had a piece of security tape on it so I just assumed everything was in order.

I had such a great experience at Panda Express! The customer service went above and beyond everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but what really stood out was how attentive and kind the staff were. It’s not often you see that level of customer care. Michelle was the best! I’ll be back here again.

About three years ago I stopped at a Panda Express, in Pace, Florida. The service there was so bad I vowed to never try this restaurant chain ever again. I broke that vow and this experience changed my opinion. The young ladies were all beyond pleasant despite being very busy. When I was asked if I had ever been to a Panda Express, and I replied "No" the lady tripped over herself to help me understand the menu. She even took the time to set up the app on my phone and ensured I received the discounts and points on my first order. I liked the entire experience but I had to remove one star because of the cleaning supplies left in the customer's view. For me seeing a broom, a mop, or a cone...is an immediate 1-star removal. Other than that my opinion has significantly improved and my future experiences will have a benchmark this establishment created for me. I may even eat here again before I resume my road trip.
